MITCHAM
ROAD
Throughout the years, the site has served different purposes, initially operating as a police station and later serving as a council interpretation office. Eventually, it underwent a transformation and was converted into six residential flats. After obtaining the necessary planning approval, the site was demolished and rebuilt according to the current design.
The property now features a two-storey level basement and three storeys above ground. To construct the building, we utilized the piling and ring beam method, ensuring a strong foundation. The substructure was constructed using rib deck, concrete blocks, and finished with London stock brickwork.
In addition to the commercial fit out of the gym, we facilitated the hiring of specialized gym contractors to install the necessary equipment. Our team successfully sourced and managed these contractors to ensure the project was completed on time and met the high standards expected by our client, a reputable franchise.
The entire construction process, from start to finish, was managed and executed by Concept Building Works LTD. We meticulously oversaw every aspect of the project, ensuring top-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
