Our client came to us with an exciting project - they had recently obtained planning permission to construct 5 flats on a site that initially consisted of a single bungalow. Recognizing the potential of the site, we took on the role of principal designer and embarked on an extensive transformation.

To begin, we demolished the existing bungalow and prepared the ground works for the construction of traditional trench fill foundations. The substructure of the flats was then built using ribdeck for the first floor, followed by a timber joist frame and roof. The exterior of the flats was expertly constructed with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in an impressive display of flawlessly laid brickwork.

Moving inside, the interior of each flat was carefully designed to create a luxurious and sophisticated living space. The attention to detail continued, with bespoke kitchens and beautiful hardwood flooring adding a touch of elegance to each room. The end result was a collection of flats that exuded quality and style.

The client was ecstatic with the finished product, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome either.
